At Domara Glamping Resort, we prioritize the comfort and safety of our guests, which is why we have established a comprehensive set of policies and procedures. These guidelines help us provide a consistent and enjoyable experience while ensuring that all guests can fully relax in the serene surroundings of nature.

Check-in and check-out times are clearly outlined to maximize your experience. Guests are encouraged to check in between 3 PM and 6 PM to allow for a smooth arrival process. Check-out is at 10 AM to ensure that our staff can prepare accommodations for incoming guests. Early or late accommodations can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be both fair and accommodating. We understand that plans can change, and thus we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 1 days prior to your scheduled arrival. For cancellations made within 1/2 days of arrival, a partial refund may be issued depending on our ability to rebook the space.

To enhance your experience while maintaining safety and tranquility, we enforce a no pet policy throughout the resort. This helps ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay without the risk of allergies or noise disturbances. 

Finally, we encourage all guests to respect the natural environment around Domara Glamping Resort. Adherence to our waste management practices and guidelines for campfires will help us preserve the beauty of our surroundings for future visitors.
